Points to ponder before hiring professional entertainment

How many years of professional experience do you have?  As the owner, I have been in the entertainment business in Central Ohio since 1997 and have entertained thousands of guests at hundreds of events.

Will you assist us in planning our agenda?  Assisting you every step of the way is my first priority.  I am always available to receive a phone call and will personally meet with you prior to your event to assist you with finalizing all of the details.

Will the DJ handle all of the announcements?  I will handle all of the announcements from start to finish until the last guest exits the dance floor.  Also, I will keep the pace moving by following an ordered schedule of events while communicating with the other professionals you have hired.  I will also take requests from guests, and most importantly, make sure the bride & groom have a truly memorable experience.

Do you have a vast selection of music?  I have over 8,000 individual music tracks in my library dating from the 1930's to today's most popular artists.  You may also bring your own music for which I will gladly play.  I will also accommodate ceremony music if requested.

Will the DJ be dressed in the appropriate attire?  I will dress the part from tuxedo to casual.  You specify the attire that fits the occasion.

Do you use professional equipment?  You will experience the highest quality sound and lighting systems in the industry.  Volume levels will be adjusted to suit your needs.

Will our DJ arrive on time?  I will arrive an hour prior to the start of your event to allow for setup and testing of equipment.  I will also stay beyond the scheduled "end time" for the same hourly rate and will not be taking breaks during your event.

Is a deposit required to book the event?  When you receive all of our information by mail, a contract will be included.  Upon receipt of the contract and brochure by mail, a "hold" will be placed on your date to allow you to make a decision.  After that, please call our office to inquire about date availability.  To secure your date on the calendar, simply complete the contract and return it with a $100.00 deposit.  The balance of the contract will come due two (2) weeks before your event.

Do you provide backup equipment at my event?  Do not risk your special occasion on equipment failure.  I always bring backup equipment to each and every event, Period!
